Under general supervision, performs technical work of moderate to considerable difficulty in the realms of spatial analysis, development and maintenance of spatial data, and preparation of presentation-quality maps and digital products using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) applications. This position has County-wide responsibilities in providing technical assistance to County GIS users.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED |
High School Diploma or GED with additional specialized or technical training courses. |

Three (3) years experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS REQUIRED |
Completion of FEMA Emergency Operations Center courses: IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 and IS-922 within six (6) months of hire. Must possess and maintain a valid Remote Pilot Certificate issued by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration within six (6) months of hire. Must possess and maintain a valid Driverβs License. |
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED |
